The guy was shot on his feet but still destroying the car with his bare hands and feet. With all the violence and anger he continue to destroy the car as shown in the footage. It's really surprising that nobody has been killed.
Nobody of them are afraid with he gun which means that this guys are ready to die. Those guys are crazy and they are not afraid of this. It is just normal to them.
